The Cliff-Gila Fair association was recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization on February 25, 1971.  It is governed by a 5 member board of Directors and four officers.  Operations are performed by a group of volunteers interested in following the purpose of the fair in promoting the educational development in agriculture for the youth of Grant County.  It is an entirely self-supporting organization receiving no public funding.
