At the Grant County Fair we have both inside as well as outside vendors.
The Commercial Vendor application process begins in May each year.
The applications are not carried over from year to year. You must download or request the application and return it, along with a check or money order, to our office to be considered for space each fair year.
Anyone who wishes to sell or exhibit a product(s), has an item or items to display, or wishes to become a food, ride or attraction concessionaire should fill out the Vendor Application.

Please note a completed application submitted to the Fair does not guarantee an offer of exhibit space. All applicants must go through the application process, submitting all required information.
Beginning on or around August, the Vendor Superintendent will begin reviewing all new applications. If the Grant County Fair is able to accommodate your needs, based upon your application information, an offer of space will be made to you utilizing the contact information provided.
